Administration / Office All-Rounder

Business Advisory & Taxation
Full Time Position

General role (but not limited to)

  • Management of client administration and assistance with practice management
  • Co-ordination of day-to-day tasks for the office
  • Extensive MYOB AE experience essential, knowledge of where data originates from, ability to write/produce/customise various MYOB reports as required
  • Confident in using MYOB, including installing updates, trouble-shooting, maintenance, database management, running scripts etc
  • Deal with ATO if required
  • Oversee monthly billing procedures, understanding billing cycle/WIP management
  • Assist with management of ASIC Corporate Secretarial matters
  • Assist with management of Accounts receivable / Feesynergy
  • Oversee the processing of ATO correspondence, provide back up support as required

Essential Attributes

  • Previous experience working in an Accounting or Taxation Firm
  • Extensive MYOB AE knowledge
  • IT savvy with advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel (advanced formulas & Macros would be advantageous)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an eye for detail as accuracy is vital
  • Highly organised, be patient and calm under pressure
  • Committed to providing excellent client service
